Terms and conditions Next Locals
1. Introduction
Welcome to Next Locals (“we,” “us,” “our”). By joining an event, platform, or service (collectively “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
They shape how we deliver transformation, from newcomer to the Next Local in town!
2. Acceptance
You must be 18+ or have parental consent. By participating, you affirm you’re legally eligible and you acknowledge these Terms apply each time you use our Services.
3. Membership & Access
3.1 Registration
To become a member, sign up via our website. Registration is completed through a form and secure payment via Stripe.
Once your membership is active, you’ll gain access to weekly in-person meetups and community features.
You’re responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your submitted information and keeping it up to date.
Please note: Food and drinks consumed during our meetups are not included in your membership and must be paid for separately at the venue.
3.2 Subscription
Weekly meetups, digital content, and the community are included per your plan. Prices and offerings are subject to change with notice.
4. Fees & Payment
4.1 Charges
Membership is billed based on your selected duration: monthly, quarterly, half-year, or annually. Non-payment will suspend access and result in cancellation.
4.2 Refunds
You may cancel your membership anytime online. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first charge. No refunds are issued after this window.
4.3 Late Payments
Overdue payments are subject to a 5% late fee after 7 days.
4.4 Free trial usage
Each user is eligible for one free trial. If you’ve used a free trial before, your card will be charged immediately upon sign-up. Even if the system initially indicates a trial period.
5. Code of Conduct
Respect is non-negotiable. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or unsafe behavior results in immediate removal, permanent ban, and no refund.
You’re responsible for your own behavior, don’t drink and drive. While some events may occur in social settings, you are solely responsible for your consumption choices.
Next Locals accepts no liability for any consequences resulting from alcohol or substance use.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, materials, photos, videos, and digital content belong to Next Locals or our partners. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any of it without written consent.
7. Liability & Warranty
7.1 No Warranty
We offer Services “as-is,” without guarantees on personal outcomes, social results, or network success.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
Next Locals is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, indirect damages, or loss of income stemming from participation in our Services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access for any breach of these Terms. You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings or by contacting our team via hello@nextlocals.com.
9. Modifications
Terms & Conditions may evolve as we grow into new cities or launch new offerings. The most up-to-date version is always available on our website. Your continued use signifies acceptance of any changes.
